ACE INC builds high-performance Gen III HEMI engine blocks and components from Compacted Graphite Iron (CGI) — the same advanced iron trusted in the most demanding race and OEM applications. Our goal is simple: manufacture as much as possible in-house and deliver real engineering at a price builders can actually afford.

Built in-house, in the USA.

We're a vertically integrated manufacturer — taking raw metal to finished part through our own foundry and CNC machine shop in Brighton, Michigan. That control is how we hold quality, shorten lead times, and sell direct to you with no dealer markups and the same price for everyone.

The engineering behind it.

Every CGI HEMI block is designed and manufactured under the direct oversight of Eric Cunningham, former Chief Engineer at SRT/MOPAR, where he led development of the Hellephant 426 crate engine, the Ram TRX 6.2L supercharged HEMI, and the Dodge Drag Pak (2018 FSS National Champions, NHRA and NMCA).

As a SinterCast-licensed CGI foundry, we bring OEM-grade material technology to the aftermarket: higher strength, longer fatigue life, and dimensional stability under boost and high RPM — without cylinder liners.
