Capabilities

What We Cast.

A complete CGI workflow from CAD to finished casting. Backed by the SinterCast process and 3D sand printing for fast turnaround on the most complex geometries.

01

CGI Cylinder Blocks

Initial focus for prototyping and niche volume production. Aftermarket and OEM development programs welcome.

02

Heads, Manifolds, Housings

Cylinder heads, intake manifolds, exhaust components, and structural housings cast in CGI to spec.

03

SinterCast Process

Real-time thermal analysis and Mg/inoculant additions deliver consistent CGI microstructure across every pour.

04

3D Sand Printed Tooling

Cores and moulds printed directly from CAD. No pattern tooling required for prototypes and short runs.

05

Prototype to Niche Volume

Single piece, validation runs, motorsport batches, or aftermarket production volumes. Flexible cell, real lead times.

06

Engineering Support

Casting feasibility, DFM, gating, and material consultation from a team that has engineered powertrains, not just parts.

Who We Serve

Built For The People Who Need CGI Now.

If you've been waiting on overseas lead times or hitting capacity walls with existing suppliers, this is the alternative.

Performance Aftermarket

High-output street and strip blocks engineered for the cylinder pressures modern boosted and high-rpm builds generate.

Motorsports

Lightweight, fatigue-resistant components for endurance, road racing, drag, and off-road competition programs.

OEM Prototyping

Domestic CGI prototype source for new program development, validation, and pre-production tooling.

Niche Volume Production

Low-volume serial production for limited-edition vehicles, specialty applications, and bridge-to-tooling programs.

"
SinterCast's CGI process delivers castings with roughly 75% higher tensile strength and twice the fatigue life of gray iron, in a lighter package built to handle the cylinder pressures modern high-output engines are generating. After seven years engineering powertrains at SRT and a lifetime in this industry, I know there is real demand for this material across the performance aftermarket, motorsports, and OEM prototyping.
